Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Assumption of Risk. I understand and acknowledge that participation in the above-described activity involves inherent risks of physical injury, illness, disability, death, and property damage. These risks include, but are not limited to, risks arising from equipment failure, environmental conditions, the actions of other participants, and my own physical condition. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the ordinary negligence of the event organizer, its officers, employees, agents, or volunteers.

Release and Waiver of Liability. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizer and all associated parties (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my participation. This release includes claims resulting from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties but does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification. I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from my participation, my breach of this agreement, or any act or omission on my part during the activity.

Acknowledgment. I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this activity and have read this agreement in its entirety. I understand that my electronic signature constitutes a legally binding signature. If signing on behalf of a minor, I represent that I am the minor's parent or legal guardian with full authority to execute this agreement on their behalf.
