Month-to-Month Plans
All Simple Waivers plans are billed on a monthly basis with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for New Subscribers
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers on their initial subscription purchase.
- To request a refund, email support@simplewaivers.com within 30 days of your initial charge.
- Approved requests are refunded to the original payment method for the amount paid on the initial subscription charge.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
- After cancellation, your account and waiver data remain accessible until the end of the paid period, after which access is removed.
Refunds Outside the 30-Day Guarantee
- After the first 30 days, subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@simplewaivers.com and we will review the charge.
