Refund & Cancellation Policy

Month-to-Month Plans

All Simple Waivers plans are billed on a monthly basis with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

Cancellation

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your account and all features until that date.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
• After cancellation, your account and waiver data remain accessible until the end of the paid period, after which access is removed.

Refunds

• Subscription charges are generally non-refundable.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@simplewaivers.com and we will review your request.
• Refunds at our discretion may be issued as a credit or returned to the original payment method.
