Simple Waivers is an online platform that lets hosts create, share, and store digital liability waivers. Instead of paper forms, guests sign online in a web browser on most phones, tablets, or laptops with internet access, and everything is saved in one place.

Do I need technical experience to use it?

No. Simple Waivers is designed to be easy to use. Most hosts can create and share a waiver in just a few minutes without any technical setup.

How events and waivers work in practice.

How do I create a waiver?

After signing in, you create an event, enter basic details, and generate a waiver link or event code. You can then share that link with guests.

How do guests sign a waiver?

Guests open the shared link on any phone, tablet, or computer and complete the waiver online. No account or login is required for guests.

Can I reuse a waiver for future events?

Each event has its own waiver record. You can create new events quickly, but waivers are stored and organized by event for clarity and record keeping.

Can guests sign before the event?

Yes. Once you share the waiver link, guests can sign before the event, including days or weeks in advance.

Is there a QR code I can share?

Yes. Each event has a QR code you can display or share. Guests scan it to open and sign the waiver directly.

Can I email guests from my dashboard?

Yes. After guests sign and provide their email, you can send them messages directly from your dashboard. Each recipient counts as one email credit. Email credits are included in every plan, and additional credits are available for purchase.

Is there a calendar view for my events?

Yes. Your dashboard includes a calendar view that updates automatically as you create events. It helps you see upcoming and past events at a glance.

Can I check in guests at the event?

Yes. Your dashboard includes a check-in mode you can toggle on. Once active, you can mark guests as arrived and filter by check-in status to see who is on-site.

Do guests need an account?

No. Only hosts need an account. Guests simply sign the waiver and submit it.

How does membership work?

Simple Waivers uses a subscription model. Your membership gives you access to create events, share waivers, and store completed forms.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

All subscription management is handled through Stripe. You can manage billing directly from your account’s membership link.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. After the trial, your subscription begins at the regular plan rate.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your account dashboard at any time and you won’t be charged again.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on their initial subscription purchase. Contact support@simplewaivers.com within 30 days of your initial charge, and review Refund Policy details for eligibility.

Is there an annual billing option?

Yes. All plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves 20% compared to paying monthly. You can choose your billing cycle on the pricing page.

Where are completed waivers stored?

Completed waivers are stored in your dashboard and are available for up to 18 months.

Can I download signed waivers?

Yes. Hosts can download completed waivers as PDFs directly from their dashboard.

Are waivers kept after an event ends?

Yes. Waivers remain stored in your account for up to 18 months so you can reference or download them later.

Does Simple Waivers provide legal advice?

No. Simple Waivers provides a tool for collecting waivers, but it does not offer legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your waiver language meets your needs.

Can waivers be signed offline?

No. An internet connection is required to sign a waiver.

Is there a mobile app?

No. Simple Waivers works directly in a web browser on most phones, tablets, and laptops, so no app download is required.
