Simple Waivers uses a subscription model. Your membership gives you access to create events, share waivers, and store completed forms.

Open your dashboard, click Account, then choose Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. You can also update your card or download invoices from Account, under Payment methods and invoices. If anything goes wrong, email support@simplewaivers.com and we will cancel it for you.

Yes. Every account gets 10 free waivers per month, with no card required and no expiry date. Paid plans start at $19/month when you need more, and a one-time $29 Event Pass covers a single event if you would rather not subscribe.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your account dashboard at any time and you won’t be charged again.
